Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors. We are not liable for delays. You must provide accurate delivery information.

6.2 Pickup

If you choose pickup, you agree to collect your order within the specified time window. Uncollected orders may be disposed of at our discretion.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Cancellations

You may cancel an order before preparation begins (see Refunds & Cancellation Policy).

7.2 Refund Requests

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup to request a refund for incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory items. We will review each request and may issue a full or partial refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content—text, images, logos, designs—on our site or app is owned by Marmara Spra or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
